The Engine Gets A New Bed

Before and after shots of the engine bed. We had to lower the height of the bed to accomodate new engine mounts (higher than the old homemade ones). Each of the four pads had to be level and exactly the same angle or the engine wouldn't align with the propellor shaft. This was really tricky with no good reference points inside the engine compartment (everything is curved). It took patience, but we finally completed the task.
