Tea at the Empress Anyone?

We are still in Victoria, waiting on some weather systems to pass by so that we can be on our way. Our boat is at the Wharf St. marina (just to the left of the float planes in this photo of the Empress), if anyone is over here and wants to stop by. It looks like things are improving for the weekend, so we'll be mobilizing to Neah Bay, Wa.
